For on-line credit card payment, our order form is processed on a secure server. Your private data will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet. When you go to our order form you should see a solid padlock in your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. The information will be accessible only to us and your card details are removed as soon as we confirm your order.

We are not aware of any case of credit card fraud ever having occurred as a result of using a card via this secure server. However, if you would prefer not to use the on-line payment facility, you can send us a cheque in the post.



The following postal charges will be added on automatically when ordering.

Mainland U.K. Courier Service. £4.00. for goods £0-£10, £4.50 for goods £10-£20, £6.00  for goods £20-£34, £12 for goods £34-£100. All orders are normally processed within one working day.Any orders received after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Confirmation of Order:-

 After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail ‘pre-confirmation’ of the order with an order ID number. This number allows you to check your order status and should be quoted in any enquiry.


It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit or debit card, which you are using is your own, that you are over 18 years of age and that sufficient funds are available to pay for the cost of your purchase. If you are in breach of the above, you may also be in breach of the law. We have the right to decline any orders.

Return Policy:-

If you are in any way not satisfied with a purchase you can return it , undamaged and with all original packaging within 14 days of receipt or 28 days during the Christmas period, for a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement ,less any postage paid in delivering the goods by us. Any refund will be credited back to the card account of the purchaser. Please return the item back to us, together with a copy of your confirmation e-mail.Carriage charges are non refundable under any circumstances unless the goods are faulty or have been picked and sent wrongly by us.


We are happy to exchange sizes if they do not fit . We however are unable to cover the postage back to the customer and will therefore need the Postage and packing charge to be enclosed with the return plus a note of your request when you send it back to us so we can deal with the problem quickly and efficiently.
